Process
Three steps from solution to clean flue gas
01
Prepare Urea Solution
Primary feedstocks — ammonia and CO₂ — are sourced from synthetic ammonia and ammonium bicarbonate plants. Urea is dissolved with water, then the evaporated liquor is refined into the urea solution.
02
Generate Reduction Catalyst
Oxidants (ammonium persulfate, H₂O₂, etc.) are added to the urea solution; with proper temperature and pH, urea decomposes into ammonia and CO₂ — the core reductant for denitrification.
03
Run Denitrification Reaction
Ammonia reacts with NOx inside a catalyst-bed reactor — composed of active carbon catalysts and supports — producing N₂ and water vapor with high reaction efficiency.
